The project looks at the redevelopment and extension of a  property in Thornton. 

 

The design maximises the space to the rear of the property with a large bespoke rear extension. New steel work enables the space to be opened up into a fully open plan family space. 

 

A large lantern roof light combined with skylight windows and velux rooflights flood the space with light.  

 

At the side of the property the extension is part extended to the first floor to create a new bedroom and remodelled bathroom. 

 

The design incorporates a high performance cream render finish to highlight the dark aluminium framed bifolds.
