Process & Services
Concept and Feasibility Studies:
Jakesville Studios offers a complete design service aimed at getting the best out of your ideas. We offer a full Concept and feasibility service to develop you ideas and maximise the design.
The Feasibility, or Concept, stage is the first development stage undertaken to determine the reasons and benefits for undertaking a project.
The design outputs from this stage are in the form of sketch plans, elevations, sections, and rendered 3D models developed in outline to demonstrating that the project is feasible, and identify how the project should be structured in order to maximise the designs benefits.
During this stage we work with you to finalise the most viable and suitable option to take forward. Once agreed the models and plans produced then role into the planning or building control package and form the base of the drawings.
