Work is progressing nicely and nearing completion on the project to open up the existing kitchen, dining and living areas. The scheme has been interesting and challenging with significant structural alterations to the existing property.

 

The original brief of generating out looking spaces into the back garden from the house has been addressed with a new sun room with bi folding screens. The remaining space is now fully opened up ready to be fitted out with a new kitchen and then final internal decoration to follow.

 

The removal of 2 existing outhouses has allowed for a new utility space and ground floor toilet to be incorporated.
