A scheme on Ryder Crescent, Hillside has just completed on site.

 

The project looked at replacing a dated conservatory, which was an unused space with a rear extension to accommodate a new sun/garden room and kitchen space.

 

The design looks to maximise light with large glazing panels and roof lights and aims to integrate the internal and external spaces with the use of a large bi-folding screen which brings the outside in and vice versa.

 

A bespoke structural frame design allows the glazing to fill the whole of the rear elevation of the sun room and opens out onto a decked patio.
