Liverpool Road - Rear Extension, Formby
Our latest sketch feasibility designs for a double pitched rear extension at a property in Formby.
The design to incorportate's a new family kitchen and living space along with a separate living space with ground floor bedroom and accessbile bathroom.
A feature glazed gable combined with large bi folding screens and rooflights will create a bright vibrant space.
A full planning submission is due July 2014 with an immediate start on site.
