St Michaels Road, Internal Modernisation, Crosby

The scheme to redevelop a property in Crosby is nearly complete and looks fantastic. All the building work is now finished with only minor decoration left and details left to do. The scheme opened up the rear lounge and dining space incorporating the kitchen into a fully open plan large family space.
An existing stone archway was removed from the front elevation along with timber effect plastic cladding. The front elevation was part rebuilt to include a new glazed entrance lobby and then finished with a clean cream/white render.
The front lounge was then extended and high level windows replaced with a new double glazed window. Finally an old small flat roof dorma with high level windows were removed from the side and replaced with a new pitched dorma finished with render. This allowed for new windows to be installed into the bathroom and second bedroom. The ceiling in the master bedroom en-suite was removed and turned into a vaulted space complete with roof lights to flood the bathroom with natural light whilst maintaining privacy.
