Our recent concept designs for the redevelopment of an existing property in Anfield are now complete.

 

The scheme comprises of 3no self contained 1 person bedsit / studio apartments to the rear of the property and 3no 1/2 person self contained apartments to the front.

 

The proposals include for a communal rear landscaped garden area accessed from the ground floor level of the property,

 

The designs are currently being worked up with a view to a planning submission in the next few weeks.
